When a Poor Life Choice is a Good One

Good morning, Readers!
Picture
This is a pretty cool piece. I found it on desktopwalls.net.
I am hungover.

I'm not mad about it, either. Last night was stupid fun. It might not sound like fun from the outside, but I had a great time with the Amazing Flatmate. She cooked up some fajitas and margaritas, and we watched Pirates of the Caribbean one and two. And about three quarters of an episode of The Gilmore Girls.

I stayed up far later than I normally would. Got waaaaaaaaay drunker than I've been in a while, and this morning, I didn't haul my butt out of bed until 11:00am.

The Amazing Flatmate and I spent the entire time quoting interesting facts about the films to one another, lamenting how Norrington appears to be the only one who had any sense, and also laughed a great deal.  It was such a good evening, and it capped off a great day in which the Amazing Flatmate walked me through making a loaf of sourdough.

I didn't get any writing done yesterday, but I did manage to edit another chapter for the manuscript I promised would be done by June (I think it was June. I'm on track to have the thing delivered on time), practiced my guitar, and did a Duolingo French lesson. It wasn't the most productive day, but I did do things and it was quite nice.

Nothing is getting done today. I intend to spend the day at rest with my bottle of water and aspirin.

I'm not mad about it.

Here, have the next song of the challenge I started at the beginning of the month"

30 Day Challenge - Day 7

A Song to Drive To
I unironically love this song. And I feel it just fits for a long drives out of and away from the city.

Now I'm going to hit the couch and cuddle the cats.
