There are four things on my list that I need to talk about. The first comes courtesy of my Kung Fu brother, Jerry. Jerry is Haitian. Haiti is not currently getting the news coverage it deserves, and so a lot of people are blissfully unaware of how bad it is there at the moment. They're suffering after Hurricane Matthew made landfall. It seems they can't really rely on the Red Cross, so my Kung Fu brother has started a gofundme.com campaign to raise funds to buy building materials and necessities for the people of Haiti. He's also asking for any supplies you think you can spare.

It's more than alright if you cannot give, even spreading to word about the campaign would do wonders, so please share it far and wide!

Speaking of the speculative fiction community, there is a huge multi-author book launch happening at the end of the month. I shall be launching Sky Road Walker there. There will be readings. And lastly, the folks voting on the democratically created story Skara Braens have run into a spot of bother... by which I mean they're about to die.
