Don't come at me with your cheer about summer. It sucks. It's the devil's arse-crack.
Ahem. Okay, I'm done venting.
How was everyone's long weekend? I spent mine inside, in a pool of my own sweat. Managed to get a severe dehydration headache, despite drinking a tonne of water. On the bright side, I did edit and upload all the current footage I have for Nights at the Round Table. We're good for about a month now. Oh, and speaking of that same video podcast, we're all caught up, so we'll be returning to our regular once a week schedule.
I also managed to head to Mordor and slay a few hundred orcs yesterday. Also, I finally discovered who the wraith I am weirdly wedded to is. It was not who I thought it was, and I really enjoyed that surprise. For those of you who aren't in the know, I'm speaking of Shadow of Mordor, which I'm playing on my Xbox when I have some spare time (so, infrequently). This one is a just-for-me game, so I'm not streaming it. I am really enjoying it, too. Even though it's a just-for-me game, I'll likely be writing a sassy review for it.
I did receive some good news this morning. We might have found a home for our martial arts school. We're just waiting to hear about our insurance application and a couple of other things. Knock on wood that it all pans out. Wish us luck!
I was also invited to occasionally game with an awesome group of people. So, that made me smile this morning. The problem will be finding the time.
Also, I've greeted a new character this weekend who will be making an appearance at the end of Outcast. He's irritating to his peers and I adore him. Also, also, the last scene of Outcast is all but written down. I might do that today, rather than continue from where I am, since it's so clear in my head. The Chronicles of the Great Man, it seems, still refuses to be written linearly.
Right, that's about everything that is going on with me, currently. How are you doing?
