What do you do?

a) Sit tight and hope to hell there is a rescue on the way.  I mean, at least some of the Rangers must have escaped, right?  In the confusion of a second attack, it will be easier for you to get that sceptre piece before fleeing.
b) Wait until the necromancer and his pirate crew are asleep.  They're human; really disgusting, but still human.  They'll have to sleep sometime.  Then sneak the heck out of there with the sceptre piece.  You'll have to leave Hessa behind, but the sceptre is more important.
c) Wait until the necromancer and his pirate crew are asleep, then take Hessa and attempt an escape.  Now that you know what you're dealing with, you can regroup and find a better way to tackle the necromancer and his Red Band and retrieve the sceptre piece.

What do you do?

a) Freedom or death!  You fight until you either escape or the necromancer's 'puppets' tear you to pieces.
b) You try and talk your way out.  He said he finds you amusing.  Perhaps you can use that to your advantage?
c) Surrender.  Hessa mentioned once that she is good with locks.  Perhaps you can engineer an escape when she recovers?

What do you do?

a) Fight your way to the sceptre piece and hope that Hessa has your back.
b) Scream and run through the tunnels, drawing the pirate mummies away from the chamber so Hessa can grab the sceptre piece and get out.
c) Scream and run out of the cave altogether.  Fighting the undead?  Screw that!  You can always come back for the sceptre piece later.

a) Surprise attack.  You'll make so much noise they'll think the minions of Hell have descended upon them!  Rawr!
b) Sneaking.  Sneaking is good.  Sneaking gives you the best chance of getting the sceptre without a drop of blood spilled.
c) A diversion.  If you're going to steal a sceptre pice from pirates, some trickery is in order.
