I do have a market in mind for this book. I think it's much more in their style than any of my previous books. There's no guarantee that they'll take it, of course, but they're my target publishers for now.
It Needs a Title still... uh... needs a title. I can't think of anything other than the one I gave it when I started writing the thing. There's nothing wrong with that title, of course. It's just far too close to another fiction novel... one that has been transferred to television, and is apparently a really good show.
The hunt for a good title continues.
My mind is now focussed on... gaming, let's be honest. I'm daydreaming of getting to play God of War. I should, however, be getting on with trying to write a blurb for Skylark. I'm avoiding it, because I suck so badly at writing blurbs. I'm using the excuse of giving my brain some time to stew; to saturate in the story and come up with something really compelling.
What that means, of course, is that I'm watching YouTube a lot.
I'm totally dedicated to my craft. I swear.
Speaking of, I'm off to uh... stew... (watch YouTube).
Ciao!
