Hopefully The Last of Its Kind

Good morning, Readers!

Last weekend was very busy. I'm still exhausted and sore.

I took care of a thing that I hope I never have to hear about ever again ever on Saturday. It's hopefully done and dusted and I can have my Saturdays back again. I though that might be the case a Saturday of last week, but alas, no. Knock on wood that this is the last.

Sunday was a bit better. That's chores day, though, so I did all things that keep me functioning as an adult. You know, laundry and cleaning and grocery shopping and meal prepping for the week. Those things. I did get some time to myself, a bit, but not much.

I'm more than a little annoyed with how busy I've been. I've not done my art piece for November. With September's unfinished thanks to the move announcement, and now November's not done at all, I'm falling short of my art piece a month challenge that I set for myself and I don't like it.  I'm going to try and do two pieces of art in December to make up for it. That might not happen at all, because I have also decided to try and make my Christmas gifts this year... at least, make the ones for my family here in Canada (my brother, my father, and his girlfriend).

So, that'll have to get done in between the times I write and schedule my blog posts after work. Hopefully during the weekends I'll get the bulk of it done.

Guys, I've bitten off more than I can chew. But I'll try and do it. I might start 2021 more than a little frazzled, but I'm not willing to give up on my art or my leatherwork just because I'm working a job with dumb hours (that I'm grateful for, don't get me wrong). I work to live, not live to work, damn it.

Right, I have to go. There are more blog posts to write and schedule.

Ciao!
